It’s time to AWAKEN! Mother Nature is stirring from her slumber. She’s melting, warming up, stretching and kickstarting growth to bloom and blossom once again. We can harness her spring energy to set intentions and goals for our year ahead. As the days get longer and the nights get shorter, our energy starts to ignite! Awakening gets everything flowing again. Your experience starts with time to create intentions whist having a cleansing foot bath and exfoliating scrub, all whilst sipping on a refreshing Tregothnan green tea with lemon. Your experience continues on the couch where you’ll receive an invigorating full body dry brush along with a thoroughly rejuvenating full body massage. Allow your mind and body to awaken! This 2 hour experience will work in alignment with Mother Nature’s changing seasons! Awakening will be available from Saturday 1st of March until Saturday May 24th.
