The Stepping into Nature project works with local activity providers to deliver nature-based activities open to all, but particularly suitable for older people, people living with long term health conditions such as dementia and carers. The project began in 2017 and as of 2020 had delivered 370 nature-based activities for over 2640 attendees. Read more on the Stepping into Nature project.
