Walking for Health is England’s largest network of health walks, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyles.
All walks are short, over easy terrain and are open to everyone. Many people join the walks to improve their health, but find it easy to keep coming back because of all the new friends they’ve made. Walks are run by volunteers who spend their time helping to plan, promote, support, encourage and inspire. Volunteers receive specialist training and ongoing support as part of a nationally recognised and well respected programme.
