Feeling calm and connected to nature throughout our lives takes practice. Dorset Forest Bathing brings you tips on how to find calm in the countryside to help re-spark or strengthen your love of nature in a meaningful way.

You’ll learn techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, and lift your mood. You’ll approach wild places with a sense of adventure and childlike curiosity. By spending time calmly in beautiful natural places you can slow down, calm your mind, and benefit your physical health as well as your emotional wellbeing.

Lindsey has over 10 years experience in wildlife conservation; leading nature events, guided walks and guiding group outdoor activities. She is a qualified forest bathing practitioner and also holds an outdoor first aid certificate, is a mental health first aider and has undergone dementia friend training.
