Join Dorset Forest Bathing on a mindful walk in nature, where you will tune into your senses, slow down, and enjoy what seasonal wildlife has to offer.
In a small group you will be guided through some gentle exercises to help you relax and unwind, and go away with tips on how to feel calm using the natural world around you.
You’ll be introduced to the Japanese practice of forest bathing, and find out how it is beneficial both physically and emotionally.

NB: It will be a slow and gentle walk. Route will follow a mixture of gravel paths, unmade paths in some places is uneven. Distance: less than 1 mile
