Public Drop-In

On Saturday 6th July a Community Information Event took place at Winterbourne Valley First School where members of the team were available to chat through the construction programme.

This provided an opportunity to meet the team, find out more, talk about the possible temporary disruptions to traffic and footpaths and ask any questions about the works.

Community Grant Funding Scheme

National Grid’s Community Grant Programme is aimed at community organisations and charities in areas where National Grid’s work is impacting on local people through their operations and site activities.

They fund projects run by charities and community groups that meet local community needs by providing a range of social, economic and environmental benefits that are impacted by National Grid and its operations.

If your project meets the criteria you can apply for a grant of up to £20,000.
