About the event

Find out about the life of the wild brown trout and how it can help us look after our rivers.

The Dorset AONB, in partnership with the Dorset Wildlfie Trust and Farming and Wildlife Group South West have been working on the Asker for a year now, and starting to get to grips with some of the issues facing it…  Learning from the work of organisations like the Wild Trout Trust will allow us to make the river a better place for the brown trout and also many other species that call it home.  You can find out more about our work here.

Also look out for details about forthcoming talks fro the Dorset Wildlife Trust and Westcountry Rivers Trust too; all exploring how we can play our part in looking after this very special part of Dorset.
