The idea is to engage with underserved audiences in Dorset using food and food events as a unifier and for cultural exchange and community-building in the spirit of the etymology of the word ‘companionship’: the communal breaking of bread and make the link with the food and farming heritage of the AONB’s and how it has shaped the landscape.
