Convert three small stables into a single classroom, with kitchen area, to be able to provide demonstrations of what foods and other products can be produced from what we grow on the farm. Also to provide microscope and other investigative equipment to enhance our farm visit offer which is already running under CSS mid tier. In addition we will be offering no less than 6 visits for school groups older than primary age, who thus fall outside of funding by the CS scheme. We also plan to extend use of the classroom to adult education and other interest groups, for meetings around food and farming, cookery lessons, etc.
