The Dorset National Landscape is a nationally important protected landscape, with vibrant communities and a wealth of wildlife and heritage.
To help keep the area special, the Dorset National Landscape Fund (formerly Sustainable Development Fund) was created by the Partnership and is now OPEN for applications.
The Dorset National Landscape Fund aims to get local people thinking about how they can help keep the landscape in great shape for future generations to enjoy. Now in its eighteenth year, we are proud to have funded nearly 300 local projects, all very different but all with the local landscape at their core – a small selection can be seen below.
You can apply for a small grant from this fund for projects that will help care for, conserve & enhance this special area and the people who live and work in it. This year we have a total fund of £30,000 to support local projects.
