Great Dorset Beach Clean 2024
Litter Free Dorset are back with the 34th Great Dorset Beach Clean! The event will take place on the 6th and 7th April 2024 when 10 beaches across Dorset will be cleaned.
About
This family-friendly event is free for anyone to attend and it is a fantastic opportunity to get out and enjoy Dorset’s beautiful beaches whilst making a difference to keep our beaches clean and free from litter. All events are organised by local community groups and volunteers who are passionate about keeping Dorset’s beaches clean.
Unless otherwise stated all equipment is provided, however please bring your own gloves and wear sensible footwear.

- Halstock – 10am-4pm
Sunday 7th April
- Kimmeridge – 10am-12pm
- Chesil Beach – 3pm-5pm
- Ferrybridge, Hamm and Chesil – 10am-12pm
- Charmouth Beach – 11am-12pm
Meet at seafront car park
No booking required - Lyme Regis Beach – 2:30-4pm
Meet at the RNLI station on The Cobb
No booking required - Halstock 10am – 4pm
