Details

There’s a wide range of outdoor activities to get involved in at Bere Marsh Farm, whatever the season. Opportunities range from gentle tasks to more hands-on activities, with something to suit all interests and abilities.

During the summer months, you might get involved in wildlife surveys, including butterflies, moths and birds – helping to monitor and support local biodiversity. In the winter, activities focus on practical habitat management such as hedge-laying, coppicing and pond care, playing an important role in caring for our natural spaces.

All activities take place within friendly, welcoming groups where support is always available, and new participants are encouraged and valued. Whether you are keen to learn new skills, spend time outdoors, or connect with others, there are plenty of ways to get involved and enjoy nature here.

Don’t want to go alone or need some extra support?  This group have Nature Buddies who can accompany you on your first few sessions.
