Set Sail on the Pirates of Purbeck Trail – Durlston Country Park
Head to Durlston for a swashbuckling adventure along the Pirates of Purbeck trail. Kids can burn off some energy following clues, exploring coastal paths, and learning about the pirates (real and mythical!) who once roamed these shores.

Build Habitats and Hunt for Nest Boxes at Coppet Hill
Coppet Hill’s trail of nest boxes is a lovely way to discover birds, habitats and woodland wildlife. Wander through this peaceful part of West Dorset and see how many boxes you can spot.

Take a gentle wander around Studland Bay on the family‑friendly Gilbert Godwit trail. Packed with facts, fun prompts and coastal wildlife spotting, it’s ideal for younger adventurers.
